The Douglas-Menzies Ukulele Case is now available in Harris tweed! The tweed is hand-woven on the Island of Lewis and Harris in the Outer Hebrides and I am delighted to show you the first design for a concert size case in a lovely Houndstooth straight from the workshop!
The case comes with a carry handle on the side and a handy adjustable back strap with a silver metal buckle, a sumptuous maroon satin quilted lining giving snug protection for your instrument and, inside, a label with the world famous Harris tweed mark of the Orb the official label which guarantees that the tweed to which it applies is made “from 100% virgin wool, spun, dyed and hand-woven by the islanders in their own homes and finished in the Outer Hebrides of Scotland”. Please allow up to two weeks to have the case made and for delivery. On receipt of your order you will be contacted for the exact set of measurements of your concert ukulele to ensure the best fit.
